1: From the ads manager click the hamburger (top left) and when it drops down click “Audiences”
2: In the Dropdown click “Custom Audience”
3: When the window pops open click “Website Traffic”
4: In the dropdown click “People who visit specific pages”
5: Include the URL of the “Thank You” Page here. Then hit Create Audience
